What you bring.
Flex Agent is the engine. These parts come from you. Budget for them before you choose a plan.
Windows PC or Windows VPS
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Keep the app open and the PC awake (no sleep, no restart) while tasks run. A VPS is optional and helps with 24/7 runs and latency. No Mac or mobile version.
Funded wallets
Each wallet you fire from needs gas plus the mint price.
Faster RPC endpoints (optional)
Every chain, Solana included, runs on built-in public RPCs out of the box. They are free but slower and rate-limited, so for busy drops you may want to add your own private endpoints.
Proxies
Needed for more than one OpenSea API lane, for X actions and for launchpad API calls.
Captcha-solver key
Only for tasks that hit a captcha. The app's Settings list the solver services it accepts.
OpenSea API key
Used to list, cancel and accept offers. Bring your own, or try the in-app OpenSea key generator (it may not always work).
Google Chrome
Installed on the same PC; X actions open it, one window per account. Allow about 400 MB of free RAM for each X account running at once.
A Discord account
Checkout, your key and support all go through it.
Your license pays for Flex Agent only. RPC, proxy, captcha and VPS costs go to their own providers, and gas goes to the network. No bot can promise you a mint. Busy drops are a race. Flex Agent is a power tool, and it takes time to learn. Not sure it fits your setup? Ask in Discord before you buy. The docs cover the rest.
Plans
Pay for days, not features.
Every plan runs the same build. Longer plans cost less per day. Each purchase adds its days to your current end date. There is no subscription to cancel.

Does it run on Mac or my phone?
No. Flex Agent needs Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), either on a PC or on a Windows VPS. Tasks run inside the app, so keep the app open and the PC awake (no sleep, no restart) while they run.
Do I need my own RPC, proxies or a VPS?
RPC: the built-in public endpoints work for testing but are slow and rate-limited, so add your own for busy drops. Proxies: yes, for multiple OpenSea API lanes and for X actions. VPS: optional. You pay these to their providers, not to us. Full list: What you bring.
Is it beginner-friendly?
Not really. It's a power tool. Expect to spend time setting up wallets, RPCs and proxies and learning the task editor. Our docs and Discord help. New to mint bots? Start with a 7-day or Monthly plan, and practise on a cheap or free mint with a spare wallet before a real drop: every Start sends for real.
Which drops does it support?
EVM mints on 28 built-in chains and any EVM chain you add. Robinhood Chain is the most tested, so on a chain you haven't used yet, test with a small amount first. It handles OpenSea drops and public SeaDrop mints. It can also fill in a task from a Transient, Verse, Scatter, Blever, MintBay or Ronin Market link. Those paths are newer, so check a specific drop with us in Discord before you rely on it. On Solana it mints LaunchMyNFT drops; other Solana launchpads are not supported.
How do I pay?
With ETH, USDC or USDT on Ethereum or Base. Checkout shows an exact amount and an address; send that amount to the last digit within 30 minutes. If you pay from an exchange, make sure the amount that arrives is exact; a fee taken out of it breaks the match. We spot the payment on-chain by ourselves; pasting the hash in checkout gets it checked straight away.
How do I get my key and the app?
Once your payment confirms on-chain, your key and end date appear on your dashboard. Download the installer from the same dashboard, and enter the key when the app first opens. Windows or your browser may warn about the installer because it is not code-signed yet. Download it only from your dashboard.
Can I run it on two PCs?
One key works on one PC at a time, and a Windows VPS counts as one PC. To move to a new PC, make a portable backup in the app first. Then use Reset Device on the dashboard and restore the backup on the new PC. To run two at once, add a Second PC License ($50 for 30 days).
Renewing early: do I lose days?
No. Days from a new purchase are queued after your current end date.
What happens on my end date?
When your end time passes, the key stops working and the app locks, which can stop tasks that are running. Renew before a drop, not during it. Buy any plan to continue. Your wallets, tasks and settings stay on your PC.
Is anything locked to the longer plans?
Nothing. A 1-day key opens the same app as a 12-month key; you are paying for time.
Do you give refunds?
Payments are final, with two exceptions: the app won't install, open or accept your key on your Windows PC and we can't fix it, or a drop we named in our Discord before it opened breaks on a Flex Agent bug. Details: refund policy.
Refunds
Refund policy
A Flex Agent license is digital and is delivered as soon as your payment confirms, so payments are final, except in the two cases below.
We refund when:
- It won't run on your PC. Flex Agent will not install, open or accept your key on your Windows 10/11 (64-bit) PC or VPS. You reported it within 48 hours of purchase, and our support could not fix it within 48 hours of your report.
- A drop we named fails because of a bug in Flex Agent. Before the drop, we named that specific drop in a post in our Discord; a launchpad listed on this site does not count. You ran it as our setup notes said, and our support finds in your logs that a bug in Flex Agent caused the failure. You reported it within 48 hours of the drop. We refund the order you bought for that drop; for a plan longer than 30 days, we refund its unused days.
We don't refund for:
- missing, slow or rate-limited RPC, proxies, captcha credits or a VPS
- gas and network fees, including failed or reverted transactions
- lost mint races, sold-out drops, or allowlist spots you didn't get
- a launchpad or chain changing its flow, contract or limits
- the app being more complex than you expected, or days you didn't use
- buying for a Mac, Linux or phone, or for a Solana launchpad other than LaunchMyNFT
We pay refunds in the same coin and on the same network you used, to a wallet address you give us in the ticket. The amount is the USD price you paid (or its unused part), converted at the rate on the day we send it. A refunded key is revoked.
How to ask
Open a ticket in our Discord with your payment transaction hash (your wallet has it; Payment History on your dashboard shows a short form), your Windows version, and what went wrong. Screenshots or the app's Send Logs help. We answer in the ticket.
